Digital security training and awareness

Welcome to our digital awareness training!

The younger generations are using digital tools at an increasingly early age.

However, they have little awareness of the benefits and impacts to which they are exposed. Yet, it’s essential that they learn to manage their online practices and personal information, and develop an understanding of how to use these tools to ensure safer, more responsible browsing.

Course content:

Introduction to the Internet

-Understand what the Internet is and how to use it in everyday life.

-Identify the advantages and limitations of digital tools.

Online time management

Analyze and evaluate digital practices

-Be aware of the choices you make when it comes to using digital tools.

-Identify the various dangers that young people may face.

Adopting the right postures

- Raise awareness of self-image and cyberbullying.

-Learn how to develop a critical mind to evaluate solicitations and dubious information.

-Communicate openly about online experiences and report strange or disturbing behavior.

Organize a meeting to exchange ideas with parents and teachers (optional).

  • Teaching methods : - Group discussion and sharing of experiences - Role-playing games in which young people are asked to analyze situations and make decisions accordingly - Videos and visual aids to illustrate concepts in a concrete way - Whenever possible, a time for exchange with parents, teachers and young people can be organized.
