Scientific project - Studying the impact of a scientific approach - the Dinausoroid

This original artistic installation was created to spark debate around the theory of evolution. We collaborated with scientists and a visual artist to try and imagine what the Troodon (a dinosaur living 70 to 75 million years ago) might have become if it had survived. The Dinosauroid was designed based on anatomical and functional sciences as well as biomechanics. This installation offers a glimpse of the many possibilities of this species’ evolution.

Our association took part in this original project to:

- Take stock of research results about teenagers’ access to scientific culture.

- Evaluate the project and collect feedback (from youths, teachers, parents, experts).

- Elaborate a prospective and strategic analysis on the most appropriate forms of scientific and technological communication for youths.
