The association
The “Les militants des savoirs” association aims to participate in popular education by opening up university knowledge to the urgent needs of the population.
Founded in 2010 by 3 academics, it has been committed from the outset to the Anna Lindh Foundation’s approach to peace and culture in the Mediterranean. Gradually, the association, which listens to society, developed tools to prevent digital violence, then radicalization and sexist and sexual violence.
In association with the UNESCO Chair for the Prevention of Radicalization and Violent Extremism, over the past 8 years the association has developed training programs, auditing tools and teaching aids to work with local players on the ground.
